Hello, and welcome to our Terms and Conditions of Use. This is important and affects your legal rights, so please read them and our Privacy Policy carefully. We have aimed to keep the following agreements easy to understand. Using Evenpark means that you agree to everything written here.
As we are constantly growing, we are trying to improve every aspect of Evenpark and this means that we will most likely be updating the contents of this document. If any instrumental changes are implemented, we will inform you. Continuing to use Evenpark, after the changes, indicates your acceptance and acknowledgement of said changes.
However, if we decide to terminate operations for a limited amount of time in order to update our software, you will still be bound by the basic terms of service.
In order to ensure a pleasant experience for all Evenpark users, you must abide by the following content regulations:
As is important with any service, it is important that you clarify your rights and the rights reserved for others.
Evenpark allows you to use its services, granted that you follow all the regulations listed in these terms of service. The software we provide may automatically download and/or install updates and additional features, however you can easily disable this feature if you wish to do so.
Evenpark grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, nonexclusive, revocable, and non-sub licensable license to access and use the services.
As a user of Evenpark, you can not plagiarize, modify or sell any part of the service without explicit permission.
Our service is centered upon creating a platform for users to share and create events. Whenever you upload new content to a park, you still hold ownership of the artistic content, and also allow us to use that content. All content you upload will be available to all the people sitting in the respective park.
If the content you have uploaded disregards the aforementioned content regulations, Evenpark has the right to access, review and if necessary delete it. You alone will be responsible for the content you upload to our service.
We are constantly looking for feedback. However, it is not necessary that we credit all volunteered feedback and may use your ideas without compensating you.
Evenpark does not monitor, review, or edit user content, but reserves the right to remove or disable access to any user content for any or no reason, including but not limited to, user content that, in Evenpark’s sole discretion, violates these agreements. Evenpark may take these actions without prior notification to you. Removal or disabling of access to user content shall be at our sole discretion, and we do not promise to remove or disable access to any specific user content.
Evenpark is not responsible for user content nor does it endorse any opinion. If you believe that any user content infringes your intellectual property rights, or that your rights under applicable law have been otherwise infringed by any user content, please contact us at support@evenpark.com
Do not use our services in any way that violates or infringes someone else’s rights of publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right.
It is also important that the content you upload does not bully, defame or harass any other user, or anybody else in general. If your content does perpetuate these habits, then we may suspend your account and/or delete your content.
Evenpark’s concept of “event parks”/parks, app icon, logo, bench and other designs are all copyrighted and protected. Any copyright infringement will be taken seriously and legal action will be pursued.
